The Travels of Friar Odoric of Pordenone manuscript is a French translation of the travel account of Odoric of Pordenone, a Franciscan friar who journeyed through Persia, India, and China between 1318 and 1330. Dictated in 1330 to his brother William of Solagna, the Latin original was translated into French by Jean le Long of Ypres in 1351. The text combines firsthand observation with legendary elements, emphasizing Odoric’s encounters, cultural descriptions, and miraculous experiences. Notable for its clarity and vernacular style, the manuscript offers both historical and hagiographical insights, illustrating medieval European perceptions of Asia.

The manuscript is today known also as MS Français 2810, which includes other codices such as Marco Polo's Book of Wondersthe Travels of Jean de Mandeville, and a few others, all related for their subjects which deal with travelling literature. The manuscript of the Travels of Friar Odoric of Pordenone occupies only a part, that is fols. 97r–115v.
