This are juridical documents: it is a list of the transgression (the grievances and grudges in medieval catalan) of the feudal law. In this document, the Lord of Caboet, Guitard Isarn, pretends the reparations of the offenses and damages inflicted by his vassals. The date of the manuscript, located between 1080 and 1095, has been based on the people mentioned, and the historical information of the documents, of the end of the XI Century, by the Church of Organyà. When, in 1908, Joaquin Miret i Sans published for the first time this manuscript, he proposed to consider it the most ancient non literary catalan text known.
